Hey mom,
I will try to keep this brief as I only have 20 minutes to write before I have my next class.
You are right I need to open an account with a bank so you can send money to me easily or a debt card would work too as I believe Ashton said they only charge 2 or 3 euros to do it. I don ´t know if that is a possibility or not though. Now that I am thinking about it a debit card would be nice for this but let me know what you think.
I am trying to find the pic cell website and am not really being able to access it. We ´ll see what I can find out. I know I need to get a phone just choosing the best rates is becoming a hassle.
I will try to not wait on the phone or money issues.
I talked to my host mom longer last night and I should definately stay for Semana Santa but I don ´t know that dates for that yet so we ´ll see. As for this weekend 4 of us, not including Ashton, are going to try to go to a small town nearby that has wine tasting every weekend for 3 euros and we ´ll stay the night then explore the town for the next day, return home and then go out to a small town called Italica on Sunday for a few hours.
Italica is a town that was built after the Punic War because Rome had so many injured and instead of moving them back to Rome they just made the town of Italica. It has a ton of ruins and a whole Archaeology Museum for Spain ´s artifacts there so yep that is definately interesting to me. Oh I don ´t know if Isaiah told you but last week we were at a coffee shop an in the middle of the street where they are doing a whole lot of construction, there were archeaologists excavating a body. you could see the imprint of the smaller person in the mud. I was extremely excited and have a pic for you guys to see it but it is from the paper.
I Also would like Uncle Jon, Micky, and anybody else that I should be sending massive e-mails to so please send those to me. Also good luck with the blog stuff, let me know if you can figure it out. I will be sending another massive e-mail later today so let me know.

Good news, I think I know how you can write to all at one time on your blog spot. I have been in contact with family this weekend and they are ALL very eager to hear from you and to write. (Probably a lot more than you want to hear from them!) but here it is. You need to go to www.blogger.com and then enter your informationl. I posted a message and will try to get your prior letters added when I can today.
I will call pic cell in the USA today. It appears like there is just a 29.99 fee to active the account, and then incoming calls are free, and vydaphone to vydaphone calls are about .28 E or US? a minute. Any calls made outside of Spain would be much more expensive. Do you plan on using this phone for more than just making contact with friends in Spain, and getting calls from us? There is no monthly fee, just a per call fee. I am going to ask about just gettting you a sims card through them too, if you tell me the type of phone the host famly is wiling to let you use.
I did find the big buck contest but the site was in being worked on (it is 2:30 in the morning right now) and I could not get in. I will try again later. I have not seen Isaiah yet, but I know he is busy. I am not busy anymore, in fact, life is back to normal, and less.
It is so strange to have no one home but just Dad. Adar spent Friday night with the V-ball team in Cheyenne and KJ had a college trip to Denver to see the opening of the new Denver Art Museum, so it was just Dave and I and Pooka. Pretty quiet. I had better get used to this! I wish I could helpt Isaiah but other than study for him, I can't.
I am going to try your face book and then see about your email problem at UW. Today is a federal holiday so don't know how much I can do but I will stay on it.
I have not told you how much I love the necklace you gave me. I have worn it non-stop since the day you left. It is beautiful and I cried when Dad and I both cried when we opened it. The card was wonderful too. I can't believe how organized you are!! I miss you but will be able to see you soon.
I am glad you like your host mom so well. Her name is Reyes? I feel better knowing you do. Remember the book said that there would be a period or two of depression, so be prepared to deal with it. Allow yourself a set amount of time to be sad, even cry, and then when that time (say 15 minutes) is over, pick yourself up and move on. Being busy helps and that is a problem. I wish you could join a soccer team or something physical. Even running is out unless Ashton does this with you.
